Christmas Vacation 2022

I had a very good break this year. I was able to spent time with my family for the holidays, which was very nice. I enjoyed seeing everyone all together and spending time with my family members that I don't get to see very often. The three weeks off allowed me to focus more on my family and friends instead of all my focus going into school and practice, which was a nice change.

Most days over break, I tried to hang out with my friends. We would try different restaurants around Orange County, or go and get dessert together. One of my favorite restaurants that we tried was Finneys. It is located in the Orange Circle, and has only been open for a few months. The food there is very good, and we went multiple times throughout our break. This picture was taken after one of our dinners when we went to the park after.

I only went out of town once during break, and that was up to Big Bear. The purpose of the trip was to learn how to snowboard since I had never done it before. I went with my brother, his friend, and one of my friends, all of whom already knew what they were doing. At first, I had a hard time trying to learn how to balance on the snowboard. After a while, I was able to get the hang of it and make it down the mountain alone. I had a great time and I am looking forward to going back sometime in the future.
